During pregnancy, it is important to eat a moderate amount of food, not to overdo it is important to eat it evenly.

Let’s find out what “alcohol” pregnant women should never eat and what’s good about not eating much.

<Drinking>

Drinking during pregnancy is more likely to cause fetal alcohol syndrome (a syndrome in which alcohol consumed during pregnancy causes physical deformities or mental abnormalities in the fetus).

It also affects fetuses in a wide range of areas, including the brain and heart, bones, vertebrae and kidneys.

This can continue to affect a child’s lifelong health, not just at certain times.

Let’s not have a single drink, regardless of quantity.

Caffeine of coffee, tea, coke, chocolate, etc.

Coffee contains caffeine, so pregnant women should be especially careful.

Excessive caffeine intake interferes with blood flow to the uterus, leading to higher miscarriage rates early in pregnancy.

The daily amount of caffeine recommended for pregnant women is less than 200mg, which is equivalent to one or two regular cups of coffee sold at coffee shops, so you can drink one cup a day with confidence.

However, Coke, black tea, green tea, and chocolate also contain a lot of caffeine, so be careful not to drink a lot with coffee.

Studies show that consuming more than 200 milligrams of caffeine a day increases the risk of miscarriage by more than two times before the first four months of pregnancy.

raw fish

The reason for banning raw fish during pregnancy is because of possible food poisoning and parasite infections.

But eating in a fresh state doesn’t matter.

tuna fish

Excessive intake of mercury accumulated in the flesh of tuna and deep-sea fish adversely affects the development of the central nervous system of the fetus.

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety said canned tuna can eat up to 400 grams a week.

Snacks, sweets, instant food.

Eating foods that correspond to high-calorie foods can cause fetal obesity.

If the pregnant woman becomes overweight due to excessive calorie intake, the fetus becomes larger, which leads to a difficult birth rate.

In some cases, it can cause childhood obesity after birth.

Instant food is not recommended because it contains a large amount of preservatives and leaves waste in the body.

<Fruit of a cold disposition>

Watermelon, pear, melon, and melon, which are fruits that make the body cold, are at risk of miscarriage if eaten a lot early in pregnancy.

In the case of pregnant women who need to be warm, their digestive function weakens when their bodies are cold.

Pineapple

In Brazil, a substance called “bromelin” in pineapple shim was said to have been eaten a lot when it did not want to conceive because it contracted the uterus.

This is also a problem when eating a large amount, and if you are worried, you can cut off the pineapple’s core and eat only the pulp.

Aloe

Aloe is a cold-tempered food that causes abdominal pain, which increases the risk of miscarriage by causing intrauterine bleeding.

“Nokdu”

Mung beans can cool the body and prevent fetal growth by removing the fat from the fetus by the anti-inflammatory action.

Victive food

Eating a lot of spicy food during pregnancy also increases the risk of developing reverse-current gastrointestinal diseases in pregnant women, and increases blood pressure due to excessive sodium.

This can also lead to pregnancy poisoning, which results in proteinuria or edema. Therefore, it is better to eat mild foods that are digestible and protect your stomach.

carbonated drinks

Carbonated ingredients can prevent iron from being absorbed into the body, causing anemia in pregnant women.

But a drink a day is not a big problem.

Gam

The persimmon has a component called ‘tanin’, which prevents the absorption of iron.

Lack of iron can cause side effects of anemia. However, ingesting one to two persimmons a day does not affect the pregnant woman’s body much.

Red bean

Red beans can cause hormonal imbalance during pregnancy, increasing the chances of birth of malformed babies. Also, it is better not to eat too much because it may cause uterine contractions.

Ginger

Ginger can cause eczema or hives, and its effects can even reach the fetus, causing skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis.

However, eating small amounts can help improve blood circulation and keep your body warm.
