Tomato pasta Recipe

My favorite menu is tomato pasta. I loved it since I was young. I thought of it at home, so let's cook it today.
Sauce is a simple dish in a market sauce.

Ingredients: 2 servings of pasta noodles, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon of salt.
Sauce: 4 to 5 tablespoons sugar half a tablespoon tomato 1 half onion half a barrel garlic 5 bacon or ham broccoli mushroom vegetable etc.

First of all, it takes a long time to boil the noodles, so boil the water first.

When you boil it, add 1 tablespoon of salt and boil it together.
After putting in noodles, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and boil it.
You don't have to use a spoon. Just circle around.
This way, the noodles are seasoned and boiled at the same time, making the noodles more delicious.
It's about eight minutes.
If you want a softer texture, 9 minutes will be fine.

And to give you a tip, if you put a wooden chopstick on top of the pot, the water won't boil over.
It's going to be hard to keep an eye out for other ingredients while the noodles are being boiled, but in that case, you can put a wooden chopstick this long.

And I prepare vegetables or ham in my house.
Slice the whole garlic thinly, and you can add minced garlic if you don't have it.
Also, please prepare sliced onions, too.

If you have broccoli, you can use it after washing it and blanching it in water.
Cut broccoli, bacon, ham, mushrooms, and so on.

And one important tip for making tomato pasta is tomatoes.

You put in the sauce, but if you put in a raw tomato, it tastes completely different.
It's much more vivid and full of flavor.
I put cherry tomatoes in it. You can wash it and cut it in half.
I'll put all the seeds.
If it's a big tomato, wash it well, pick the top and chop it.
When the ingredients are ready, preheat the pan and fry the garlic first.
Then add the rest of the ingredients together and stir-fry them all together.

When the noodles are cooked, take them out and put them in together.
When you make cream pasta, it's good to keep the noodles dry as much as possible, so it won't be bland.
When you make tomato pasta, it's okay even if it's a little moisture. It's not too stiff. It's quite soft.
But not too much.

Put the noodles in cold water without having to hang them.
I put in about 4 tablespoons, but the seasoning may vary depending on the amount of noodles or vegetables, so you can add or decrease it while tasting it.
And put 1/2 tablespoon sugar together.
And it'll give you a lot of flavor.
It's not that sweet, but if you like sweet stuff, you can pass it.

At the end, add tomatoes and stir-fry them all together.

Stir-fry it well and taste it.
If you think it's too bland, you can add 1/2 tablespoon of sauce.

It would be better, but these days, the price and taste are low, so I don't have to relax at home.

And broccoli, mushrooms, ham, and so on top of that.
If you put all kinds of vegetables in it, it's a great meal to make at home.

The point here is to fry raw tomatoes together.
Half a tablespoon of Greek sugar and half a tablespoon of sugar will give you a good taste and flavor.
