The reason why you should start exercising

The convenient development of modern civilization has greatly changed our lifestyle. The number of ‘body activities’ is greatly reduced due to automated living. 2. Prevention of diabetes and metabolic diseases

These effects appear in people who have done medium- and high-strength aerobic exercises and muscle-strengthening exercises, which are more effective when they combine three to five days of aerobic exercise (more than 300 minutes per week) and muscle-strengthening exercises for 30 to 60 minutes at a time.
